APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for a relaxing experience. We honor all appointment times on our books, so clients arriving late should expect their appointment to end at the scheduled time without discounts.

CANCELLATION

Six hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. If you had appointment missed without notice before, We will have to take a credit card to hold your reservation. A 50% service fee will be charged if missed without notice.

To assure all guests are able to enjoy a peaceful experience. Please turn off (or put on silent mode) cell phones and other electronic devices, and please keep your conversation at minimum while enjoy this amenity .
